摘 要:
对蕨藻红素影响大豆下胚轴插条不定根形成的研究表明: 蕨藻红素促进大豆插条不定根的形成, 其最适浓度为0.5 μmol•L-1, 最适处理时间为 2 d。0.5 μmol•L-1 蕨藻红素处理大豆插条后, 不定根诱导阶段(0~24 h)的 POD、CAT、IAAox 活性较低; 而 不定根形成生长阶段(24~72 h)的 CAT 和 IAAox 活性较高, POD 活性低于未作处理的。试验推测蕨藻红素促进大豆插条不 定根形成的生理基础可能与其影响 POD、CAT 和 IAAox 活性有关。关键词:蕨藻红素; 不定根; 大豆插条; 酶活性

Abstract:
Effect of caulerpin on adventitious rooting of soybean hypocotyl cuttings and the physiological basis of its effect on rooting was explored in this study. The results indicated that application of caulerpin stimulated adventitious rooting of soybean cuttings. The optimal concentration of caulerpin is 0.5 μmol·L-1 and the optimal application time period is 2 days. Compared to the control, peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and IAA oxidase(IAAox) activities of soybean cuttings treated with 0.5 μmol·L-1 caulerpin were at lower level in induction stage of rooting, CAT and IAAox activities were higher but POD activity was lower in growth stage (24–72 h). Taken together, it is proposed that caulerpin promotes adventitious rooting possibly through mediating activities of POD, CAT and IAAox.Key words: caulerpin; adventitious root; soybean cuttings; enzyme activity
