本文介绍了CDDP 和PAAP 这两种新型目标分子标记技术的产生原理、引物设计、PCR 扩增、PCR产物检测手段、分子标记特征及带型模式, 在此基础上对它们的技术特点和技术优势进行了概括, 最后, 对它们的应用前景进行了展望。关键词:来源保守DNA序列多态性; 启动子锚定扩增多态性; 目标分子标记; DNA保守序列; 启动子

Abstract:
This article describes principles, primer design, PCR amplification, detection methods of PCR products, characteristics of molecular markers and band patterns of two types of targeted molecular marker techniques (CDDP and PAAP). Then their technical features and technical advantages were summarized.
