植物高亲和性K+转运蛋白(HAK)研究进展

摘 要:

K+是植物体中含量最多的无机阳离子, 也是植物生长和发育所必需的营养元素。高亲和性K+转运蛋白(high-affnity K+ transporter, HAK)家族是植物中最大的K+转运蛋白家族之一, 在植物K+吸收和转运过程中起重要作用。本文对HAK家族的发现、命名、结构特征、系统发育和功能调控等方面研究成果加以综述, 并对该家族蛋白的未来研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

K+ is the most abundant inorganic cation in plants, and it is also a necessary nutrient element for plant growth and development. High-afnity K+ transporter (HAK) is one of the largest K+ transporter families in plants, which plays an important role in the process of K+ absorption and transport. In this paper, the discovery, nomenclature, structural characteristics, phylogeny, and functional regulation of HAK family are reviewed, and the future research direction of HAK family is also prospected.
