植物中蛋白质S-酰化修饰的研究进展

摘 要:

脂类修饰是一种重要的翻译后修饰。蛋白质S-酰化修饰作为脂类修饰中唯一的可逆修饰, 在植物细胞壁合成、蛋白质胞内定位、转运、分选、下游信号转导等生理过程中发挥着重要作用。本文对S-酰化的特性、植物中的S-酰化修饰蛋白质及其生物学功能, 以及去S-酰化的研究进展进行了综述。重点综述了S-酰化修饰参与植物生长发育调控、免疫和非生物胁迫响应等方面的研究, 并对蛋白质S-酰化修饰研究提出了进一步展望。

Research advances on S-acylation of protein in plants

Abstract:

Lipid modifcation is an important post-translational modifcation. As the only reversible modifcation in lipid modifcation, S-acylation modifcation of proteins plays important roles in plant cell wall synthesis, intracellular localization of proteins, transport, sorting, downstream signal transduction and other physiological processes. In this paper, the research progresses of characteristics of S-acylation, biological functions of S-acylation modifed proteins, and de-S-acylation in plants are summarized. Meanwhile, the involvement of S-acylation in plant growth and development regulation, immunity and abiotic stress response are mainly reviewed, and the further prospect of S-acylation modifcation of proteins is also presented.
