外源NO、H2O2 和ABA 对鸡蛋花花冠裂片上气孔关闭的影响

摘 要:

以鸡蛋花花冠裂片下表皮为材料, 研究不同浓度及不同处理时间的外源 NO、H2O2 和 ABA 对鸡蛋花花冠裂片下表 皮上气孔关闭的影响, 以及 NO、H2O2 和 ABA 在调节花冠上气孔关闭中的相互作用。结果表明: 单独施用 NO、H2O2 和 ABA 明显诱导气孔关闭, 并有浓度效应和时间效应; NO、H2O2 和 ABA 两两混合或三者混合施用所诱导气孔关闭的效应 大于其单独施用的。说明在诱导气孔关闭时, NO、H2O2 和 ABA 之间可能有协同效应。

Effects of Exogenous Nitric Oxide, Hydrogen Peroxide and Abscisic Acid on Stomatal Closure in the Corolla Lobe of Plumeria rubra L.

Abstract:

Using the abaxial surface of corolla lobe of Plumeria rubra as the experimental material, the effects of exogenous NO, H2O2 and ABA with different concentrations and different treated periods on stomatal closure and their interactional effects were studied. The results indicated that NO, H2O2 and ABA could induce stomatal closure dose- and time-dependently. The effects of the mixed solution of NO, H2O2 or ABA were greater than those of the individual processing.
