独脚金内酯对烟草腋芽生长以及抗氧化酶活性和糖含量的影响

摘 要:

为探明独脚金内酯对烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)腋芽生长及生理的作用机理, 云烟87’为试材, 研究了不同浓度(11050 μmol·L-1)独脚金内酯类似物GR24溶液对烟草腋芽生长、抗氧化酶活性和糖含量的影响。结果表明: 110 μmol·L-1 GR24溶液处理后烟草第1~6节位腋芽的萌芽率均显著低于对照, 50 μmol·L-1 GR24溶液处理与对照差异不显著; GR24处理后不同时期和不同节位的腋芽长度均低于对照, 其中1 μmol·L-1 GR24溶液处理后的指标与对照均达到显著差异; 不同处理腋芽的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均不同程度地增加, 其中1 μmol·L-1 GR24溶液处理在第1~3节位相比对照分别增加了1.671.221.72; 12节位腋芽的过氧化物酶(POD)活性与对照差异不显著; 1 μmol·L-1 GR24溶液处理显著提高了烟草第12节位腋芽的蔗糖含量, 还提高了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及可溶性糖、蔗糖和果糖含量, 1050 μmol·L-1 GR24溶液处理与对照无显著差异。可见, 独脚金内酯对烟草腋芽的生长具有一定抑制作用, 且对烟草不同节位腋芽生长、抗氧化酶活性和糖含量的影响存在一定的浓度效应和位置效应。

Effects of strigolactone on the growth, antioxidant enzyme activities and sugar contents of axillary buds in tobacco

Abstract:

In order to explore the mechanism of strigolactone on the growth and physiology of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) axillary buds, ‘Yunyan 87’ was applied as the test material to study the influence of the
strigolactone analogue GR24 solution with different concentrations (1, 10 and 50 μmol·L
-1) on the growth, antioxidant enzyme activities and sugar contents of tobacco axillary buds. The results show that the germination rate at the 1st to 6th nodes of tobacco axillary buds after treatment with 1 and 10 μmol·L-1 GR24 solution were signifcantly lower than that of the control, while the difference between the treatment with 50 μmol·L-1 GR24 and the control was not signifcant. The length of the axillary buds at different stages and at different nodes after GR24 treatment was lower than that of the control, among which the 1 μmol·L-1 GR24 solution treatment was signifcantly different from the control. The catalase (CAT) activity of the axillary buds with different treatments all increased to different degrees, and the 1 μmol·L-1 GR24 solution treatment increased by 1.67, 1.22 and 1.72 times, respectively, at the 1st to 3rd nodes compared to the control. The peroxidase (POD) activity of the axillary buds at the 1st and 2nd nodes was not signifcantly different from the control. One μmol·L-1 GR24 solution treatment signifcantly increased the sucrose content of the 1st and 2nd of tobacco axillary buds, as well as increased the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and the contents of soluble sugar, sucrose and fructose. There was no signifcant difference between the 10 μmol·L-1 together with 50 μmol·L-1 GR24 solution treatments and that of the control. It can be seen that strigolactone has a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of tobacco axillary buds, and there is a certain concentration effect and positional effect on the influence of growth, antioxidant enzyme activities and sugar contents at different nodes.
