禾本科植物HD-ZIP转录因子研究进展

摘 要:

植物中特有的一类转录因子HD-ZIP蛋白(homeodomain leucine zipper, 同源异型结构域亮氨酸拉链蛋白)是由高度保守的HD (homeodomain)LZ (leucine zipper) 2个结构域组成。HD-ZIP家族包括HD-ZIP IHD-ZIP IIHD-ZIP IIIHD-ZIP IV 4个亚家族, 它们以二聚体的形式在植物生长发育中发挥着重要的作用。本文对HD-ZIP家族参与禾本科植物营养生长、生殖生长以及对逆境的响应等生物学过程的功能研究进行总结, 并对今后深入研究的方向进行了讨论, 以期为HD-ZIP家族新基因的挖掘和应用以及转录因子调控机制的阐明提供依据。

Research progress of HD-ZIP transcription factor in gramineae plants

Abstract:

The HD-ZIP proteins which are a kind of plant specifc transcription factor, consist of two highly conserved domains, HD (homeodomain) and LZ (leucine zipper). The HD-ZIP family include four subfamilies, HD-ZIP I, HD-ZIP II, HD-ZIP III, and HD-ZIP IV, which play vital roles in the growth and development of plants as the form of dimer. In this review, we summarize the function studies of HD-ZIP family involved in the vegetative growth, reproductive growth, and response to stresses in gramineae plants, and discuss the direction of further research, which provide basis for the mining and application of new HD-ZIP family genes and the elucidation of regulation mechanisms in transcription factor.
