葡萄果实中糖转运、 代谢与调控研究进展

摘 要:

葡萄(Vitis vinifera)果实以积累葡萄糖和果糖为主, 但是蔗糖是源器官()向库器官(果实)糖分运输的主要形式, 这表明葡萄果实中糖分运输和积累的过程也是蔗糖转化成果糖和葡萄糖的过程。本文综述了葡萄果实中糖分运输和积累的过程, 蔗糖转运与代谢机制以及调控蔗糖运输与代谢的各种因素。

Research progress on sugar transport, metabolism and regulation in grape (Vitis vinifera) berry

Abstract:

Grape berry mainly accumulates glucose and fructose, but sucrose is the main form of sugar transport from the source organ (leaves) to the sink organ (fruit), which indicates that the process of sugar transport and accumulation in grape berry also means the conversion of sucrose to fructose and glucose. This article summarizes the processes of sugar transport and accumulation, the mechanisms of sucrose transport and metabolism, and the factors that regulate sucrose transport and metabolism in grape berry.
