植物质膜蛋白质调控生物胁迫研究进展

摘 要:

质膜蛋白在细胞中执行非常重要的功能。植物质膜蛋白通过调控信号分子识别、多层次免疫反应和病原菌获取植物营养等过程应答多种生物胁迫。随着蛋白质组学的迅速发展, 质膜蛋白质组学成为研究热点, 可为全面解析植物响应不同生物胁迫的分子机制提供重要信息。然而, 由于质膜蛋白丰度低、疏水性强, 使得植物质膜蛋白组学研究充满了挑战。本文综述了植物质膜蛋白在调控生物胁迫中的功能研究和植物应答生物胁迫质膜蛋白组学研究的新进展, 评述了质膜蛋白组学研究方法与技术, 指出多组学研究成为发展趋势。

Research progress on the plant plasma membrane proteomics regulating biotic stress

Abstract:

Plasma membrane (PM) proteins play a essential role in cell activities. PM proteins are involved in pathogen recognition, multiple immune responses and the process of pathogen obtaining plant nutrition, thus regulating the responses of plants against biotic stresses. With the rapid development of proteomic techniques, PM proteomics has become a critical research area and provides important information for understanding the regulatory mechanism of plant pathogen interaction. However, the low abundance and strong hydrophobicity of PM proteins make the studies of PM proteomics very challenging. In this study, we have summarized the research progress of PM proteins and PM proteomics in regulating plant immune responses against pathogen. We also have discussed the research strategies and techniques of plasma membrane proteomics, and pointed out that the development of muli-omics would be the future direction.
