摘 要:

植物ABC1K属于非典型蛋白激酶, 其成员普遍存在于原核和真核生物中。研究表明ABC1K基因家族在植物代谢和逆境响应过程中发挥重要作用。本文综述了ABC1K基因家族的发现过程、结构及其参与光合作用和抗逆的研究进展, 为深入研究该基因家族在逆境中的调控作用提供参考。

Abstract:

The plant ABC1K belongs to atypical protein kinases, whose members are ubiquitous in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Studies have shown that the ABC1K gene family plays an important role in plant metabolism and response to stress. This paper reviews the discovery process, structure and research progress of ABC1K gene family in photosynthesis and stress, so as to provide references for further studies on the regulatory role of the ABC1K gene family in stress.
