膨胀素和木葡聚糖内转葡糖基酶/水解酶基因的功能研究进展

摘 要:

植物细胞壁为植物细胞特有结构, 研究表明膨胀素(expansin)和木葡聚糖内转葡糖基酶/水解酶(xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase)在植物细胞壁的松弛与重构中发挥重要作用。本文将针对这两类基因在种子萌发、根系建成、茎叶的生长、花和果实的发育成熟以及非生物胁迫响应等生理功能方面的研究进行阐述, 以更好的理解它们并为未来的研究提供一些思路。

Abstract:

The plant cell wall is a specific architecture of plant cell, a lot of research indicates that expansins and xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolases play an important role in the relaxation and reconstruction of plant cell walls. This review summarizes recent studies on the physiological functions of these two genes in seed germination, root establishment, growth of stems and leaves, development of flowers and fruits, and abiotic stress response. This work can help us better understand them and provide some ideas for future research.
