外源油菜素内酯对油用牡丹‘凤丹’生理特性的影响

摘 要:

为明确外源油菜素内酯(BR)对油用牡丹‘凤丹’ (Paeonia ostii ‘Fengdan’)生理特性的影响, 从而为油用牡丹丰产栽培提供理论依据, 本研究以‘凤丹’为试验材料, 在果实膨大期采用整株喷施法, 以不同浓度(0、0.025、0.05、0.1和0.2 mg·L-1) BR溶液处理‘凤丹’植株, 测定不同时期‘凤丹’叶片的生理指标。结果表明, 随着生育进程的推进, ‘凤丹’叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势, 超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及可溶性蛋白(SP)、可溶性糖(SS)、脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量呈升高趋势。与对照相比, 外源BR处理显著提高了‘凤丹’叶片的Pn、Gs和Tr , 显著增加了叶绿素和渗透调节物质含量以及抗氧化酶活性, 并降低了膜脂过氧化产物含量。在本试验条件下, 喷施0.05 mg·L-1 BR处理显著提高了叶片的抗氧化能力, 最有利于提高‘凤丹’光合能力。

Abstract:

The effect of exogenous brassinosteroid (BR) on physiological characteristics of Paeonia ostia ‘Fengdan’ was investigated to provide a theoretical basis for high-yield cultivation of oil tree peony (Paeonia sect. Moutan). In the fruit enlargement period, the plants were treated with different concentrations (0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 mg·L-1) of BR solution by the whole body spraying method, and the physiology indicators of leaves at different stages were determined. With the development of ‘Fengdan’, leaf net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr) and chlorophyll contents all showed downward trends. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), and the contents of soluble protein (SP), soluble sugar (SS), proline (Pro) and malondialdehyde (MDA) increased. Compared to the control, exogenous BR treatment significantly increased Pn, Gs and Tr of ‘Fengdan’ leaves, significantly increased the content of chlorophyll, osmotic regulating substances, and the activities of antioxidant enzymes, and decreased the contents of membrane peroxidation products. In this experiment, spraying 0.05 mg·L-1 BR significantly increased the antioxidant capacity of the leaves, which is the most beneficial to the improvement of photosynthetic capacity of ‘Fengdan’.
