代谢组学在茶树研究中的应用进展

摘 要:

代谢组学是系统生物学的一个重要分支, 它同时检测生物体系大量的内源性代谢物, 从代谢水平上研究其变化差异, 对进一步了解代谢网络和新功能基因的发掘具有重要作用, 已被广泛应用于多个研究领域。目前, 在茶树(Camellia sinensis)上代谢组学主要用于研究原料采摘部位、发育阶段、季节和环境因子、产地、加工等因素对茶叶化学成分和品质的影响。本文综述了代谢组学在茶树研究中的应用进展并作出了展望, 为其进一步应用提供参考。

Abstract:

As a significant branch of system biology, metabolomics has been extensively applied to various fields, which detects massive endogenous metabolites simultaneously. It can be used to study metabolite changes in the level of metabolism, and plays an important part to furtherly understand metabolic networks and discover new functional genes. Currently, metabolomics is mainly used to study the effect of different factors (plucking position, development stages, season, environmental factor, habitat, processing condition, etc.) on chemical components and quality in Camellia sinensis leaves. In this paper, we focus on recent review on the application of metabolomics as well as its prospect, so as to provide some references for further studies and application of metabolomics to C. sinensis.
