植物菌根共生中的激素调控作用研究进展

摘 要:

菌根是土壤真菌与高等植物的根系形成的一种互惠共生体, 它是自然界最古老且普遍的生物共生现象之一, 在维持生态系统平衡中扮演着重要的角色。激素在植物生长发育乃至菌根共生过程中发挥重要作用。近年来, 大量的研究结果表明激素尤其是赤霉素(GAs)和脱落酸(ABA)是菌根共生过程中不可缺少的因子。本文总结了近5年来相关的文献, 综述了激素在菌根共生过程中的调控作用, 为进一步理解激素与菌根共生之间的关系提供参考。

Advances in regulating effects of hormones in mycorrhizal symbiosis

Abstract:

Mycorrhizal symbiosis is a process that soil fungi and plant roots form the mutualistic symbiosis, which is an ancient and widespread biological phenomenon. Mycorrhizal symbiosis plays an important role in maintaining the ecosystem balance. Most studies demonstrated that plant hormones, especially gibberellins (GAs) and abscisic acid (ABA) are necessary for establishing of mycorrhizal symbiosis. In the present study, we summarized recent literatures and reviewed the effects of the hormones on mycorrhizal symbiosis process. It would provide fundamental information for further understanding of the relationship between plant hormones and mycorrhizal symbiosis.
