膨胀素对根系建成影响的研究进展

摘 要:

膨胀素(expansin)又称扩张素或扩张蛋白, 是诱导植物细胞壁松弛的一种蛋白质, 亦是细胞壁松弛与伸展的调节剂, 对植物根系形态的建成有一定的调控作用。本文主要概述了膨胀素基因家族的发现、结构、进化及其作用机制, 从植物根系顶端分生组织、侧根及根毛的发育等方面阐明了膨胀素对根系生长的调节作用, 以及有关影响膨胀素在根中表达调控因素的研究进展, 为深入了解膨胀素对植物根系建成及其调控机制的研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Expansin, also known as expansion or expansion protein, is a kind of protein which can induce the cell wall loosening and modulate the cell wall expansion, playing an important role in root morphogenesis. This study provides an overview of the discovery, structure, evolution and functional mechanism of expansin gene family and illustrates the regulation role of expansin in the growth of root system from root apical meristem, lateral root and root hair development, and the research progress of the factors influencing the expression of expansin in root, providing a theoretical basis for understanding the effect of expansion on plant roots formation and its regulatory mechanism.
