根施不同浓度多效唑对紫穗槐生长特性和相关生理指标的影响

摘 要:

以紫穗槐植株为研究对象, 采用土施方法, 研究不同浓度多效唑处理下紫穗槐生长以及生理特性的变化。结果表明: 多效唑处理下, 紫穗槐株高、节间长度显著降低, 紫穗槐叶片长宽、叶面积显著减小。光合色素含量则明显升高, 可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量呈上升趋势; 丙二醛含量明显降低, 叶片失水速率明显减小。处理120 d后, 各处理组叶片中光合色素含量, 可溶性蛋白含量, 丙二醛含量均高于处理30 d叶片中含量, 而可溶性糖含量与处理初期相比则有所下降。以隶属函数法综合分析多效唑对紫穗槐的调节效应, 各种调节效果中以300 mg•L-1处理效果最佳。可以看出, 多效唑处理后可明显提高紫穗槐叶片的保水能力, 增强细胞渗透调节能力, 提高紫穗槐抗氧化损伤的能力, 从而提高紫穗槐抗逆性, 有助于提高其在实际植被恢复中的应用效果。

Effects of Soil-Applied Paclobutrazol on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Amorpha fruticosa

Abstract:

Amorpha fruticosa was selected as the experimental material and paclobutrazol was applied to soil with different doses. The samples were collected on 30 and 120 days after paclobutrazol treatment. The results showed that plant height and leaf size were reduced significantly by paclobutrazol application when compared with control. The leaves in paclobutrazol-treated plants exhibited higher contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein. And the leaf water holding capacity was also improved while the MDA content was decreased by adding paclobutrazol in soil. The contents of chlorophyll, MDA and soluble protein tested on 120 days after treatment were higher than those tested on 30 days. However the soluble sugar on 120 days after treatment was less than on 30 day. Comprehensive appraisals were made by the method of membership function to evaluate regulation effects of each treatment and the effect of 300 mg•L-1 was best. It is proposed that paclobutrazol could enhance the water holding capacity, improve the cell’s ability of osmotic adjustment and resistance to oxidation damage of A. fruticosa. Therefore it could improve the application effect in vegetation restoration.
