2,4-表油菜素内酯对三角褐指藻生长及有机质积累的影响

摘 要:

本文以三角褐指藻为原料, 探究了不同浓度2,4-表油菜素内酯(2,4-epibrassinolide, EBR)对该藻生长及对多糖、蛋白质、总脂、岩藻黄素等有机质积累的影响。结果表明, EBR对三角褐指藻生长和有机质含量表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制。当外源EBR浓度为0~0.2 mg•L-1时, 随着EBR浓度的升高, 三角褐指藻的生物量、有机质含量及产量均呈先增加后下降的趋势。生物量、多糖、蛋白质、岩藻黄素含量在EBR浓度为0.05 mg•L-1达到最大值, 分别是1.36 g•L-1、3.85%、17.45%、0.065%。总脂含量在EBR浓度为0.1 mg•L-1时达到最大值33.33%, 是对照组的2.15倍, 且总脂单位体积产量极显著的高于其他组(P<0.01), 藻油产量高达52.69 mg•L-1•d-1。表明适宜浓度的EBR可以促进三角褐指藻生长和有机质的积累。

Effects of 2,4-Epibrassinolide on Phaeodactylum tricornutum Growth and Organics Accumulation

Abstract:

Effects of 2,4-epibrassinolide (EBR) on the growth and accumulation of organics in Phaeodactylum tricornutum were investigated. The results showed low concentration of EBR promoted the growth and content of organic while high concentration inhibited it. When the concentration of exogenous EBR varied from 0 mg•L-1 to 0.2 mg•L-1, the biomass, organic matter content and productivity were increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of concentration. When the concentration of EBR was 0.05 mg•L-1, the content of biomass, polysaccharide, protein and fucoxanthin got the maximum, respectively were 1.36 g•L-1, 3.85%, 17.45% and 0.065%. The maximum total lipid content was 33.33% with 0.1 mg•L-1 EBR, which was 2.15 times as much as the control group, and the hightest volumetric productivity was significantly different, with the algal oil productivity was 52.69 mg•L-1•d-1. It indicated that the suitable concentration of EBR could promote the growth of P. tricornutum and the accumulation of organics.
