植物载脂蛋白研究进展

摘 要:

载脂蛋白在动物和微生物中已被广泛深入地研究, 但在植物上的研究相对较少。自2002年人们从拟南芥和小麦中发现真正的植物载脂蛋白基因以来, 其参与植物抗逆性方面的功能日益得到人们的重视。本文综合了近几年的研究结果, 对植物载脂蛋白的结构、细胞定位、生物学功能及其起源进化作了简单综述, 以期为植物载脂蛋白的研究和利用提供参考。

Abstract:

The lipocalins have been wildly studied in animal and microorganism, while very little is known about plant lipocalins. Since the true plant lipocalin genes were characterized from Arabidopsis and wheat at 2002 year, more and more researchers focus on the study on the function of plant lipocalins involved in stress resistance. In this review, the structure of plant lipocalins, cellular localization, biological functions, and origination and evolution were summarized, which would be helps us to promote the related research.
