外源24-表油菜素内酯对高温胁迫下茄子幼苗生长和抗氧化系统的影响

摘 要:

本文研究了高温胁迫下外源24-表油菜素内酯(EBR)对茄子幼苗生长和抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明, 外源EBR处理显著促进了高温胁迫下茄子幼苗生长, 提高了SOD、POD、CAT和APX活性, AsA和GSH含量及可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量, 降低了MDA、O2¯· 及H2O2含量。表明, 外源EBR处理通过促进高温胁迫下茄子幼苗抗氧化酶活性、抗氧化剂含量及渗透调节物质的提高, 降低ROS水平, 缓解高温胁迫对茄子幼苗生长的抑制作用, 增强植株抗高温胁迫的能力。

Effects of Exogenous 24-Epibrassinolide on Plant Growth and Antioxidant System in Eggplant Seedlings under High Temperature Stress

Abstract:

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of exogenous 24-epibrassinolide (EBR) on the seedling growth, and antioxidant system in eggplant (Solanum melongena) seedlings under high temperature stress. The results showed that EBR significantly promoted the plant growth, increased the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and APX, the contents of AsA, GSH, soluble protein and proline in eggplant seedlings under high temperature stress, while significantly decreased MDA content, O2¯· producing rate and H2O2 content. The results showed that EBR could increase antioxidant enzymatic activities, contents of osmotic adjustment substances and antioxidants. Thus, EBR played an important role in enhancing the resistance to high temperature stress of eggplant seedlings and elevated the tolerance of plants through keeping low ROS contents.
