气孔发育及其调控

摘 要:

气孔是植物与外界环境进行气体交换的重要通道, 对其密度与分布的调控影响着植物的生存与生长。最近的研究工 作已经鉴定了一系列参与气孔发育调控的转录因子和信号肽, 并对其调控机制有了初步的了解。本文综述了最近几年有 关气孔发育方面的研究进展, 总结了参与气孔发育的相关因子, 并对进一步研究需要解决的问题进行了简要的探讨。

Abstract:

Stoma is a key channel for gas exchange between plant and environment. Its density and distribution are vital to plant survive and grow. Many recent researchers have identified a series of transcriptional factors and peptides involved in stomatal development regulation, and have done some works on their functional mechanisms. In this article, we do a brief overview of advances in stomatal development research, sum the related factors up, and then point out the questions which should be resolved in the future.
