保鲜剂对晚香玉切花的保鲜效应

摘 要:

以晚香玉切花为材料, 用蔗糖、6-BA、8-HQC和酒石酸按四因素三水平的正交设计配制保鲜液, 通过测定瓶插寿 命、小花开放率、鲜重、可溶性糖和电导率, 研究不同保鲜剂的保鲜效果。结果表明: 与对照相比, 各处理均能不同程度 地延缓切花衰老, 其中处理9即12 g•L-1蔗糖+60 mg•L-1 6-BA+400 mg•L-1 8-HQC+100 mg•L-1酒石酸效果最好, 花枝瓶插寿命 比对照长6 d, 70%的小花开放, 其他指标均明显优于对照, 是晚香玉切花较好的保鲜配方。

Preservation Effects of Antistaling Agent on Cut Flower of Polianthes tuberosa L.

Abstract:

The vase preservative solutions were prepared with antistaling agents comprised of sucrose, 6-BA, 8-HQC and tartaric acid by using orthogonal design method of four factors and three levels to study the preservative effects on cut flower of Polianthes tuberosa. The life in the vase, blooming rate of flowerlet, fresh weight of sampling, and soluble sugar content and conductivity of cut flower of P. tuberosa were tested. The results showed that all treated solutions could prolong the life of cut flowers in the vase comparing with control. Treat 9 (12 g·L-1 sucrose+60 mg·L-1 6-BA+400 mg·L-1 8-HQC+100 mg·L-1 tartaric acid) has the most effective results, which delayed the life of cut flower in the vase 6 days and the blooming rate on pedunde reached to 70%. Also, other indexes have significantly effectiveness comparing with control. It is the efficient preservation formula for the cut flower of P. tuberosa.
